Welcome to HotelGuide.Networks' directory of hotels and hotel reviews for Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico!

Los Cabos -- 'the capes' -- are a pair of towns at the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California Peninsula, between the Pacific and the Sea of Cortez. On the Pacific side, Cabo San Lucas ranks among the world's top marlin fishing strongholds. Rock formations and stretches of beach culminate in El Arco, a much-photographed natural arch where the two seas meet. A favorite of pirates seeking protection, modern visitors also can find places to retreat from everything but open waters. Shopping in Cabo San Lucas, centered mostly downtown and at the marina, includes traditional Mexican handicrafts, custom jewelry and one-of-a-kind gifts from modest to lavish. Cabo San Lucas also teems with nightclubs and mariachi bands to help keep the Marina dancing around the clock, assisted by an endless flow of Margaritas and other tequila-based libations. In contrast, the town of San Jose del Cabo, along the calmer Sea of Cortez, is on the less rugged of the coasts, where Baja has retained 18th century mission town architecture and ambiance. Both towns are linked by the Sierra de la Laguna chain, descending on either side to miles of soft grass dotted with palms and cactus, helping make Los Cabos a premier golf destination. Greater Los Cabos lodging ranges from inns to sprawling golf resorts and luxury hotels.
